1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within Greece.

2. How much does shipping cost?

All orders are shipped free of charge under our Free Shipping method.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days

  • Transit Time: 4-7 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 5-10 business days

Please note: Orders placed after 10:00 PM (GMT+2) will be processed the next business day.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

5. Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If you made a wrong order, the return shipping cost will be paid by you. Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your package is damaged during delivery:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damage.

  2. Send it to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details, if available.

8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified.

9. Do you offer same-day or express delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day or express delivery services. All orders are shipped under our standard Free Shipping method.

10. Are custom floral arrangements available?

Yes. We can create custom floral arrangements upon request. Please contact us for details and availability.
