  • Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT+2) are processed within 1-3 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

5. Orders Refused at Delivery

If you refuse delivery of your order without prior cancellation approval, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any applicable restocking or handling fees.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, this is handled under our Return and Refund Policy, not our cancellation policy. Please take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
